ALERT: Potential Privacy Breach

A potential privacy breach occurred on March 30, 2017 that included persons whose ambulance invoices had been sent to the Saskatoon Credit Bureau for collections and had been closed by the credit bureau between March 9, 2016 and August 17, 2016. These accounts were closed by the Saskatoon Credit Bureau either because the Credit Bureau had lost contact with the debtors or they deemed the debt to be uncollectible. The information that potentially was breached included the name and amount owing only.  No other personal or health information was included.  If you feel you may have been affected, please call MD Ambulance at 306-975-8808 or contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Saskatchewan.
